Circo all’incirca – a local circus school – commissioned this poster to announce their festive holiday show at the city’s main theater.

The challenge was to merge the exuberance of circus arts with the charm of Christmas, inviting the entire community to a spectacle of acrobats, clowns, and winter wonder.

Departing from traditional holiday colors, I used contrasting warm and cool tones to create a dynamic, whimsical vibe that mirrors the circus’s playful spirit.

I used the illustration’s elements to design an animated backdrop, transforming the stage into a silent village frozen in a winter night. As the performance goes by, the scenery shifts to a peaceful Christmas scene.
